[cssom] Issue 9 makes no sense at all

In the rules for serializing a length, the following issue appears:

Rumor has it absolute lengths will become relative lengths. Centimeters would be compatible with <resolution>...

I have no idea what either of these sentences are supposed to mean. Maybe the first one is referring to absolute lengths becoming statically equivalent to the px unit? If so, (a) that already happened, and (b) nothing became relative. The second one appears to be word salad, tho.

Unless there's something I'm missing, this issue should just be dropped. That probably means that the "absolute lengths" section needs to be changed to serialize as "px", too.

Could it mean is that for specified style, you could potentially alias 1cm to ...px if their relationship is constant (which it now is)? But "do you want to do that" is another question; Edge tries to preserve the author unit for specified style in general, but will convert to px for the computed style. Not sure what this serialization section talks about.

Yeah, preserving unit in specified style is 👍, but for computed style all the absolutes should serialize to px.

Given we seem to agree on expected behavior, I'd ditch the issue indeed.
