Are these due to dependencies on other specs, or are they test for features that were bumped to selectors-4? These would hold up advancement to PR (after updated CR is published).

Now it is down to 4 after some testing in Edge. 2 depend on Grid and 2 depend on Shadow DOM. These should not impede progress to Edited Recommendation.
