[css-logical] are the new border and background properties reset by shorthands? #2824
Description
css-logical-1 introduces background-image-transform and border-image-transform. It seems to me that the former should probably be reset by the background shorthand, and the latter reset by the border-image and border shorthands. This is not specified. It probably should be explicitly specified whether or not it is reset, since resetting seems like a logical thing to do.
