https://drafts.csswg.org/css-scroll-anchoring/#scroll-adjustment has the following in its user-visible spec text:

The scroll adjustment is a type of [[cssom-view-1#scrolling-events#scrolling]] as defined by ....

I'm pretty sure that bracketed expression is intended to be a Bikeshed link, but right now it seems that something's preventing that from happening, and so raw brackets etc. are just showing up in the spec text.

I suspect this was meant to be
[[cssom-view-1#scrolling]]?

I'm not sure exactly what the resulting statement means, though.
