[css-backgrounds-3] Embed box-shadow spread rounding demo into spec

We used https://drafts.csswg.org/css-backgrounds-3/spread-radius.html for deciding what the spec should say; but it's very confusing to a lot of people so we should embed the example (with the specced formula only) into the spec.
