[css-lists][svg-markers] `marker-side` may seem to be a `marker` longhand

https://drafts.csswg.org/css-lists/#marker-side defines marker-side, which applies to list items and affects the ::marker

But https://svgwg.org/specs/markers/ defines some properties like marker-start, marker-end or the shorthand marker. They are related to SVG <marker> elements.

I think using a similar terminology for these completely different concepts can cause confusion to authors.
