9d5ee04 from July 4, and more recently e717903, have not appeared in the Fonts 3 module yet. Is this expected? According to this, the last “original” revision was 7 months ago.

I think this is because the CSS3 Fonts spec does not use Bikeshed (IIRC) while CSS4 fonts does. Maybe it needs a manual build step?

It is also noticeable that all the current discussion is on CSS4 Fonts: compare the number of issues
