Figure out why skew(, ), maybe mark it as deprecated.

skew(x,y) was added back in ab464b5 for "compatibility with legacy content".

Consensus seemed to be to keep skew() but mark it as deprecated. Maybe we need use usage data for skew() with two non-zero params.
