Oh great, we now have the correct link to generic(fangsong) but also the old fangsong as well!

@tabatkins could do with your help tracking this down. CSS Fonts 4 only exports https://drafts.csswg.org/css-fonts-4/#valdef-font-family-generic-fangsong and https://drafts.csswg.org/css-fonts-4/#generic(fangsong)-def so I don't understand where https://drafts.csswg.org/css-fonts-4/#valdef-font-family-fangsong is coming from.

Aha I see, it is because the /TR CSS Fonts 4 still has it. So that will resolve when Fonts 4 gets republished.
