[css2-testing] change made to 10.7 (height) should also be made to 10.4 (width)

The changes section of css2-testing (or its equivalent on the CSS2.2 WD on TR) has a wording change to section 10.7 dated 2012-04-11.

Part of the old wording is also present in section 10.4, so it seems like the relevant part of this change should also be made to section 10.4.
