I added all the Web Platform Tests that currently cover the features in CSS Display 3 and 4.
Note that I also added a few notes to sections currently missing tests. And there are some more sections that don't seem to have tests yet. So the list of tests should definitely be reviewed and some added or possibly moved to other sections.
