This declaration is redundant considering that there's already https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/blob/81355cb5f6a776d8988e7eb8b54efb3cad14594f/css-ui/Overview.bs#L1631-L1633
…ault stylesheet This seems redundant/pointless considering that https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/blob/81355cb5f6a776d8988e7eb8b54efb3cad14594f/css-ui/Overview.bs#L1672-L1676 makes it `display: none`.

This removes some redundancies in the stylesheet given in "Appendix D. Default style sheet additions for HTML" of CSS Basic User Interface Module Level 3.
(Note to self: Additionally, the
white-space: nowrapin the first section just ends up getting overridden forbuttonandtextarea, but that will be a matter for a separate issue.)
