The <dfn>::file-selector-button</dfn> pseudo-element targets the ''&lt;button>''
inside an ''&lt;input>'' element with <code>type=file</code>, if the UA
renders such a button.

There is no restriction on which properties apply to the
''::file-selector-button'' pseudo-element.
