So, thanks for that but:

• CSS Fonts 3 uses a pre-bikeshed system that isn't supported anymore
• CS Fonts 3 is a W3C Recommendation, and SS Fonts 4 is the current work

So, I'm going to add this as an erratum, then close this PR with no change.

I know. The original url was broken; I reported it, the content had moved to a new location. It had also lost the author attribution. I got them to add that back and to add a redirect.
