I removed a bunch of images which aren't used in the current versions of CSS Backgrounds 3 and CSS Borders 4.
Note that I only removed those images that aren't used in CSS Backgrounds 3. That means, all the images which are currently not used in CSS Backgrounds 4 and CSS Borders 4 stayed untouched, because they will be added to the specs once they're not diff specs anymore.
