postcss-loader?sourceMap=inline will output css and it's inline sourcemap. It's useful to angular 2's component styles.

I've submitted a PR to angular team too, I hope angular will have perfect supporting for source map when it's released.

@asnowwolf Can you please give a short explanation and example why you need inline sourcemaps for angular 😛 ? Is this still relevant from your side ?
