feature: implement `tailwindFunctions` configuration option

Tailwind prettier plugin has a configuration that allows you to sort tailwind classes in specified template literals and function names. https://github.com/tailwindlabs/prettier-plugin-tailwindcss?tab=readme-ov-file#sorting-classes-in-function-calls

The idea of this feature would be that auto-complete works in the configured functions and template literals.
