I've been using 4K Downloader Prof for a while now. The last few months, seems they've sorted out all the bugs as it can't be faulted.
It works Great, no delays or buffering, also batch downloads works fast. Happy customer

4k video downloader is trash it doesn't work I don't care what you say about there is another update it does absolutely no good. Majority of the software programs out there like 4k video downloader are trash it doesn't work. I will never use 4k video downloader again.

For days, all downloads have been failing. Your response was: We've released a new update:

4K Video Downloader+ & 4K YouTube to MP3 & 4K Video Downloader for Android – Version 25.3.4.0241

BUT: I downloaded the update on October 23rd, but it still isn't working. When will the downloader be working again?

Absolutley useless. I Bought there first version, it worker for 3 weeks , then failed on every video, so i payed for a lifetime service that lasted 3 weeks. Im a mug. 2 years later there new 4k video downloder, the all improved version, (I felt i was being ripped off, but i wanted to download some youtube videos, so I paid again (yes a fool and his money are easy parted.) Im a mug. It worked for 2 days. Failed on 98% of you tube videos. I Tell you what somebody create a class lawsuit against them i know hundreds of people that will sign it.

I contacted the company and yes they are updating the software to a higher level, but existing users can still use the software
A glitch occurred when YouTube made changes, and today the company released an update to enable all functions to be used
So you have to give credit where it is due the one star deletion is they should have managed it far better and shown transparency to its customer

I bought 4K Stogram and 4K Video Downloader lifetime license. They ditched both the softwares, now none of them works. They want me to pay another money for 4K Video Downloader Plus. Nope, I don't trust this dev anymore.

I see that I'm not alone and some users here share the same experience as mine. I've found great free open source softwares as alternatives for both.

4K downloader plus downloads quickly, but always seems to cut the sound by a massive amount. I've yet to download a YouTube video with the recorded sound being anything above a loud whisper. I still also have and use the original 4K Video downloader which never has that problem. I never recommend the plus version.

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY.
I bouth the original 4k Video Downloader, and a "LIFETIME" license.

But then they killed it and started 4k Video Downloader + (with the PLUS sign being the only difference). And I tried my "lifetime" license key and they said no, no, no, this is the PLUS product.

I won't ever give this company/product a DIME if they are going to do things like that. I bought EaseUS Video Downloader instead. We'll see if their owners have more loyalty than the 4k video downloader folks.

...and a very good one (!), but let it update once a while (!), so it can do what it does so well, when it doesn't.

Please accept my humble apologies for the meltdown. After regaining my senses, I installed your latest update and found that it precisely addressed this situation. Had I done this promptly it would have averted my self-produced drama. 4K people and product are outstanding. I ENTHUSIASTICALLY AND UNRESERVEDLY recommend them to anyone wishing for quick and efficient access, downloading and storage of videos. Your new features are even better than before. Thanks again and please keep up the great work – you guys rock !

They say one payment for lifetime but they lied. they cancel that version and tell you to upgrade to continue using it.
in other words they're scammers.

I paid for a lifetime license and now it doesnt work any more and they want me to buy 4kdl+. This company is a scam ripoff

I have been using many of these downloaders, and 4k**** is the truly the best in the market, and there is nothing come close.

I used the free version for years. It was great. I bought the paid version and have had nothing but trouble. It parses for a very long time. After that, the video fails to download. I wish I had my free version back. This is awful. I hate giving 4K a bad review because I loved it for years, but here we are.
