Only ask once.
There is no solution to prevent copying text or images, short of not
publishing them in the first place. I can copy anything that appears on
my screen.

You can't. Anyone who says you can is lying or lacking insight.

You will find several "solutions" proposed, none of them very effective. The
usual one is to use a piece of Javascript which intercepts mouse buttons 2
and/or 3, preventing the menu with the "save image" or "view source" being
displayed. Instead a popup box is displayed. Other solutions prevent
caching of webpages and images to stop people scavenging their web browser
cache directories.
It is easy for anyone with the technical know-how to circumvent any of
these. I use a banner advert filter which also disables certain Javascript
commands including interception of mouse clicks (and also the odious
practice of some websites resizing the browser window).
As regards copying text, there is nothing to stop someone getting a pen and
paper and copying it that way, or recording themselves reading the text
aloud.
