HTML Table

Hi everyone,
Can anyone help me how to create a table of the following format.

---------- MY HEADING --------------
| |
| Table cell and contents |
| |
------------------------------------


I dont know how to place the text "My heading" inside the border. Is
it possible ??

I would be greatfull if anyone can provide me a sample code.

Maybe you can tweak the <caption>-style enough so that it would result in
the desired effect. (It'd be a question for a CSS newsgroup.) You might also
play around with a background-image property and fake the line.

Not sure, but it's a somewhat similar problem to one that someone asked
a while ago, which I managed to do with CSS relative positioning. See if
this helps:

As you're positioning text rather than an image, you'll need to use em
units rather than pixels.

Try a <fieldset> and <legend>
