I suppose by "browser heading" you mean the title shown on top in the
window bar. If so, no, you can't do that in HTML. You may try a
JavaScript hack, something like
window.open(bla ,'bla','fullscr een=1' ....
.... but I'd strongly discourage that, as it's confusing at best.

The first question is not "how" but "why". What are you actually
trying to accomplish?

It is some animations including some questionaires etc. It is very
important that the users don't hit the back button.
Consequently, I imagined that the best way is to remove the back button....

important to whom - not to your visitors I suspect.

the best way is to accomodate the fact that your visitors may wish to choose
their own path.
