I need to transfer a large amount of data, ~85kB. As a convenience (to
myself) I'd like to just stuff this in a hidden field.
I've noticed that there has been quite a bit written about limits on
textareas (although I'm unsure what those actually are). Is there any
browser imposed limit on hidden fields?
