Simple margin?

Dear friends

I want to draw a small margin at top with a different color, ex. grey color,
on a single page just like the Outlook preview look. Somebody help me?

Many ways to do this. Do you want text in it? Or is it merely decorative?

If decorative, put the whole body in <div id="wrapper"></div> and style:

#wrapper {
margin-top: (size) gray solid;
width: 100%;
}

Might need to do other adjustments, of course, to get it just right.

If you want text in it, better put that text at the top of the body in
<div id="headbar"></div> and style it like this:

#headbar {
width: 100%;
color: black;
background-color: gray;
}

Then put following text which is not in the gray bar in a separate div.
