SSC CGL ASO (CSS) - Full Preparation Roadmap

Target: 360+/390 Score in First Attempt

This roadmap is designed to help you crack SSC CGL ASO (CSS) in 1.5 years with a structured
plan for each subject. Follow it consistently for guaranteed results.

PHASE 1 (First 6 Months) - Foundation Building

Goal: Build a strong foundation in Maths, Reasoning, English, GK, and Computer Awareness.

1. Quantitative Aptitude (3-4 Hours Daily)

Topics to Cover:
- Arithmetic: Percentage, Profit & Loss, Ratio, Time & Work, etc.
- Advanced Maths: Geometry, Algebra, Trigonometry, Mensuration.
Books: NCERT (6-10), R.S. Aggarwal, Rakesh Yadav 7300+ PYQs.

2. Reasoning (2-3 Hours Daily)

Topics to Cover:
- Verbal: Syllogism, Blood Relations, Coding-Decoding, Direction & Distance.
- Non-Verbal: Series, Puzzle, Cube & Dice, Mirror Images.
Books: RS Aggarwal, MK Pandey, Previous Year Papers.

3. English (2-3 Hours Daily)

Topics to Cover:
- Grammar: Noun, Pronoun, Tenses, Voice, Speech.
- Vocabulary: Synonyms, Antonyms, Idioms & Phrases.
- Reading: Comprehension, Cloze Test, The Hindu Editorials.

4. General Awareness (2 Hours Daily)

- Static GK: History, Geography, Polity, Economy, Science.
- Current Affairs: Last 1 Year (Vision IAS, StudyIQ).
Books: Lucent GK, Manohar Pandey, NCERTs (6-10).

5. Computer Awareness (For ASO CSS, 1 Hour Daily)


Topics to Cover:
- MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint Basics.
- Internet & Networking Fundamentals.

PHASE 2 (Next 6 Months) - Speed & Accuracy

Focus on mock tests, sectional tests, and revision of weak topics. Solve 3-5 mock tests per week.

PHASE 3 (Last 3 Months) - Exam Simulation & Full Revision

Take 2-3 full-length mock tests daily, revise all notes, and practice typing for CPT.

Computer Proficiency Test (CPT) - For ASO CSS
