Lets start with the good news...
Lets start with the good news.... as long as you use the free version of 4k Video Downloader everthing goes smoothly, and you have 10 free downloads a day. And the program works fine. But as soon as you let yourself lure (and there is a lot of luring going on) into a subscription.... then the problems pop up like mushrooms out of the ground. You buy an indefinite subscription for 3 computers, and you have activated just one of them. Then after a few weeks you want to activate a second computer.... Ho there partner.... your activation limit has arrived. But, but, what..... I just.... After contact with the customer service they "graciously" grant me a few additional activations, without solving the problem.
O, how nice, thank you for your infinite kindness.
I payed more than 30 dollars for it. And now I am dependent on their "kindness".
They always try to trick you into buying yet a more expensive program. Every time you open the app, you are being forwarded to the website with even more and better subscriptions.
If you somehow have to give your computer a factory reset, your in trouble because then you have used up one of your indefinite activations.
I had several problems with this company before, but since the new plus version had a "deactivation button" I thought hey, lets give them the benefit of the doubt. But there now.... it doesn't work.
They are pretty much the only program left on the market to download YouTube movies, and I think the arrogance has risen them over the ears.
Unfortunately....... avoid.

"2 and 10 Warranty". 2 minutes after they get their hands on your money or 10 miles down the road, whichever comes first.
Yesterday I bought a one year subscription, downloaded the program, installed it and put in my new key. Since then the program will not launch, the software company has no assistance and now I find that many people are having the same problem as myself.
I just lost my money, don't loose yours.

Misleading software name
It can be misleading as this software uses the same name as a product of 4K Download Team, which is also on Trustpilot (unfortunately links are not allowed here, otherwise I would attach it)
However, it's a different tool, far different from the software of 4K Download team, they have a different site and absolutely different software.
Don't get yourself tricked.
