I'm a reasonable person who can change their mind. @Jmabel: I denied this because we really need two sets of these if we're going to have these as France uses both the tricolor with navy blue and the 1974 TV-friendly flag. In the discussion of the original uploader you can find, that two colors where mixed up. You can read that in the french and german article of the church too. I have swapped the two colors, so that the articles could be simplified (without writing in the article: sorry, the two colors in the image are swapped).

The rightmost two columns and bottommost two rows of pixels are slightly discolored (specifically, dimmer) than the rest of the image. I have cropped those off using GIMP. In addition, this file is currently encoded as 32-bits-per-pixel RGBA, which is sub-optimal, because this image is entirely opaque. I suspect a particularly lazy encoder must have been used in the original production of this image, because while the pixel format did not change, the file shrank to 69 KB. I've updated this file with some of the newer standards for the Fortran, Ada, C, C++ and COBOL families, and added VB.NET and Modula-2+ to the Basic and Modula families respectively. I believe that this constitutes a minor improvement per the Commons:Overwriting existing files guideline (uncontroversial corrections to diagrams, maps, or charts, if a more accurate version is available), and would therefore like to request to be able to overwrite the existing file with a new version. This image is currently encoded as 32-bits-per-pixel RGBA. This is pretty dumb for two reasons:

This image is entirely opaque. Storing any sort of alpha data is simply a waste of space.
This image is composed of only the following four colors: . This means that the image can be re-encoded in 2-bits-per-pixel Palette Mode.

You remembered it wrong, the grayscale is all light, only the resolution is different, and there is also a noise-reduced version without such blurry particles.
