The failures in Travis appear to happen on master too. Will try to create a separate pull request to that issue. Coverage issue is OK IMO given there's no code added. |

Fixes one generics warning, deprecation warnings from tests, and other issues from Checkstyle, and FindBugs.
Will merge if Travis is happy and if there is no objections in the next days.
