Make edit button more predictable

On main, the edit image button is not shown at all for non-jpeg images, which will leave our users bewildered and they'll keep wondering when the edit button appears.

@RitikaPahwa4444 Since I disabled the edit image button, I would like to change it to be more transparent, as mentioned in the above. Should I proceed?
