this is awesome - I'm adding loading a recipe in the cli

in: typescript/packages/common-cli

TOOLSHED_API_URL=http://localhost:8000/ deno task start --space ci --recipeFile recipes/simpleValue.tsx --cause ci --quit true

the --cause tests we end up with the same merkle for the charm baedreic5a2muxtlgvn6u36lmcp3tdoq5sih3nbachysw4srquvga5fjtem for a given cause.

Then we can verify it renders in http://localhost:5173/ci/baedreic5a2muxtlgvn6u36lmcp3tdoq5sih3nbachysw4srquvga5fjtem

this works great - there are some timing questions once we start doing more in the smoke tests - but this doesn't seem to hit them
