Chrome bug: attribution fields are only on newline if the name is long enough to put them on a new line

Description

On larger viewports as the layout scales, in Chrome, the Attribution fields title + field don't wrap to a newline (separating title and field), instead staying on the same line.

Reproduction

1. Open Chooser in Chrome
2. Made window wide
3. See error.

Expectation

The title should always be on its own line, regardless of how wide the viewport gets.

Resolution

• I would be interested in resolving this bug.

It appears possible that this is expected standard behavior, but FireFox is actually wrong by line breaking.

However, we want the line breaking no matter what, so we should be explicit about it.
