force labels to line break in Attribution Fields on larger viewports

Description

• fixes Chrome bug: attribution fields are only on newline if the name is long enough to put them on a new line #591
• Attribution field labels are not set to display: block, forcing them to always line break, even on larger width viewports.

Technical details

Chrome doesn't set the default of a label to be display:block, but instead display: inline. FF seems to auto-break. It looks initially like this actually might be a bug in FireFox and not Chrome, and that FF is giving the desired behavior of wrapping (but not the standard behavior).
