Chapter single page needs more work

Single Chapter screen needs more work

• Add the latest news (blog entries) from chapter websites (in case of having a real website)
• include svg map country portion of the country
• Option to add a featured image
• Contact form instead of mail-to
• Empower Chapter lead to change chapter data and add or remove users from/out the Chapter (Idea from Feature request – Allow chapter leads to change their chapter page #335)
