deltaY and deltaX were being updated, when only deltaY should have been.

Can confirm that this is working in IE7 (XP), IE8 (XP/Vista) and IE9 (Win7). |

I confirm this fix worked and helped me a lot in IE7&8 (emulated) on Win7 |
