Properly reset buttons and inputs on mac os / chrome

Only for macOS.

 The default stylesheet for <button>, <input type=button>,
<input type=reset>, <input type=submit>, a button in 
<input type=file> was changed in order to match OS-native buttons. 

Background-color, border, border-radius, and padding were changed.
