Splitting the discussion from #9793 for adding CSS Nesting 1 to the Modules with Rough Interoperability section of the CSS Snapshot 2025.

Current status: WD (last published: 14 February 2023), ED from 4 December 2024
WPT: passing tests: Chrome: 133, Edge: 133, Firefox: 134, Safari: 132; interop: 130 / 135 (96.3%)
Current Snapshot section: -
Open issues: on GitHub: 23, in spec.: 2

Summary: Very high interoperability

• RESOLVED: publish new WD of css-nesting
