Review CSS2 errata #2572
Description
The current CSS 2 errata document has a fair number of changes in it. We likely need similar changes, though note the errata as currently published have issues (at least #992, #988, #986).
As such, we likely want to work from the WG minutes linked from the errata, probably filing a new issue for each current errata.
