CSS Outline Properties

An outline is a line drawn around elements to make them stand out. It is different from a border in that it does not affect element dimensions. The outline properties specify the style, color, and width of an outline. Common properties include outline-color for the color, outline-style for the line style, and outline-width for thickness.
