INTRODUCTION

Welcome to this blended training of Computer Systems Servicing NCII! This course is
designed to enhance your knowledge, skills, positive attitude and work values in accordance with
the prevailing standards in the Technical-Vocational Education and Training (TVET) and
ELECTRONICS sector. This encompasses competencies required enable to diagnose and
troubleshoot problems in personal computer systems, software, replace parts and get the system
back to normal operation. It consists of competencies to enable to install and configure computers
systems, set-up computer networks and servers and to maintain and repair computer systems
and networks.
