COMPUTER
 An electronic, programmable device that stores, processes,
and retrieves data.

COMPUTER SYSTEM
 A system of interconnected computer devices that shares a
central processing unit (CPU) and various peripheral
devices (speakers, mouse, keyboard, etc.)

 The act of keeping and maintaining computer systems
 Includes diagnosing computer hardware and software
issues, upgrading hardware and software on a computer and
repairing computer systems

• Technical Support Staff – Personnel under this job

the workplace that concerns the installation,
configuration, and maintenance of their computer
systems.
• Computer Repairman – They render services to
costumers who bring computer systems,
components, or peripherals to be diagnosed and
repaired.

• CSS Entrepreneur – refers to a person that is

ability to plan and establish influence among the
customers. 
 
● Self-Confidence. ​You should have the ability to

● Assertiveness. ​You should show social and
communication skills in a calm way without being
aggressive.
