 An electronic, programmable device that stores, processes,
and retrieves data.

COMPUTER SYSTEM
 A system of interconnected computer devices that shares a
central processing unit (CPU) and various peripheral
devices (speakers, mouse, keyboard, etc.)

 Includes diagnosing computer hardware and software
issues, upgrading hardware and software on a computer and

This position is normally found on business that sells

• Technical Support Staff – Personnel under this job

the workplace that concerns the installation,
configuration, and maintenance of their computer
systems.
• Computer Repairman – They render services to
costumers who bring computer systems,
components, or peripherals to be diagnosed and
repaired.

• CSS Entrepreneur – refers to a person that is

o Entrepreneurship is the act of creating and
organizing business through developing and  
innovating products and services to gain profit.

o Entrepreneur is the one who is managing and

● Use of Influence Strategies. ​You should have the
ability to plan and establish influence among the
customers. 
 
● Self-Confidence. ​You should have the ability to
express his or her own abilities. 

● Persuasion​. It is your characteristic of effortlessly


influencing others to achieve your goals and
objectives. 
● Assertiveness. ​You should show social and
communication skills in a calm way without being
aggressive. 

● Problem Solving. ​You must proactively identify and


discover solutions to problems.
