Fix#2761: Loading of different image on Peer Review on rotation

Description (required)

Fixes #2761 by saving media object onSavedInstanceState. This has similar implementation to #2762 but since our Review Activity code is refactored, and the PR seems sleeping for more than 20 days, I created a new PR which fits to our new implementation better.
