A. TECHNOLOGY PLAN
I. Course Design
a. Nominal Duration – 40 Hours
• No. of hours online – 30 Hours
• No. of hours offline – 10 Hours
b. Trainee Requirements
• Can communicate either oral or written
• At least a High School Graduate
• With basic knowledge in Computer Assemble & Disassemble
• Must be physically and mentally fit
• With good moral character
• Must pass the aptitude test
c. Trainer Requirements
• Must have National Certificate (NC) of Computer Systems Servicing
NCII
• Must be a holder of National TVET Trainers Certificate (NTTC) Level 1
• Acquired Certificate of Competency (COC) in Developing eLearning
Materials (DeLM) and have a certification of Facilitate eLearning
Session
f. Training Plan/Schedule
• The training shall run for 40 Hours. A more detailed breakdown of
schedules, which include learning activities deadline of submission of
outputs, and assessment, shall be indicated in the study guide which
will be uploaded to the LMS to serve as further guidance to ensure
completion of the program
b. Type of Connection
• Online
• LAN Based / Wireless, any type of Internet Service Provider (ISP)
c. Course Overview
• This unit covers the outcomes required in installing and configuring
desktop and workstation computers systems. It consists of
competencies to assemble computer hardware, install operating
system and drivers for peripherals/devices, and install application
software as well as to conduct testing and documentation.
e. Enrolment System
• The institution will provide an online enrollment form thru Google
Forms a month before the opening of class to get the information of
students/learners
• Students/learners will receive a confirmation message when the
enrollment committee is done assessing the enrollees
• Trainers will distribute the user/student/learner credentials 3 weeks
before the actual opening of classes.
h. Instructional Strategies
• Offline and Online Activities
o Offline
Trainers will provide a schedule when they need to meet
in face-to-face because of some performance task need
physically with a minimum health requirement
o Online
Synchronous and Asynchronous way of meetings. In
LMS, each lessons, activities, and tasks have a
restriction upon students/learners’ completion

o Video Conferencing will also be done using the Zoom. Zoom will
be recorded for participants who failed to participate in the
discussions
