Creative Commons
Creative Commons licenses allow creators to share and protect their work while still enforcing some protections. They allow the public to use creative works as long as they respect the creator's terms within a community of other creators using Creative Commons. However, Creative Commons lacks legally binding enforcement. Users can breach licenses since Creative Commons relies on mutual respect rather than legal recourse. The licenses also only restrict certain uses rather than providing fully reliable protection.
