I.INTRODUCTORY CONCEPT
Good Day!
This Learning Activity Sheet will introduce you to maintain hand tools and equipment
in computer system servicing. This will enable you to acquire the required knowledge,
skills and attitudes in identifying tools and equipment maintenance as well as the proper
storage of each tools and equipment. This is also contains training materials and
different activities for you to complete.
This will be the source of information to acquire knowledge, skills and attitudes for
the given competency independently and at your own pace with minimum supervision or
help of your instructor.

III. ACTIVITIES
TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE
All tools and equipment must be properly maintained so that workers are not
endangered. Regulations require inspections of tools, machines and equipment
before use. Preventive maintenance is the systematic care and protection of
tools, equipment and machines in order to keep them in a safe, usable condition,
limit downtime and extend productivity
