This unit covers the outcomes required in maintaining and troubleshooting computer systems and networks for LANs and small-office home-office
(SOHO) systems. It consists of competencies to maintain, troubleshoot and isolating errors, set maintenance plan, determining common faults and
errors, run diagnostic software for maintenance, as well as to inspect and test the configured computer systems and networks.
