Supervise Work-Based
Training
WITNESSETH:
The parties hereby bind themselves to undertake a Memorandum of
Agreement for the purpose of supporting the Training Centre’s on-the-job
training for student-trainees under the following terms and conditions:
1. The Raises Montessori Academe Inc., shall be responsible for
briefing the on-the-job student-trainees who intend to conduct
practicum exposure in the COMPANY as part of the Training Centre
curriculum;
2. The Raises Montessori Academe Inc., shall provide the on-the-job
student-trainee the basic orientation on work values, behaviour, and
discipline to ensure smooth cooperation with the COMPANY;
3. The Raises Montessori Academe Inc., shall issue an official
endorsement vouching for the well-being of the on-the-job student-
trainee which shall be used by the COMPANY for processing the
application of the student-trainee;
4. The Raises Montessori Academe Inc., shall voluntarily withdraw a
student-trainee who is found to misbehave and/or act in defiance to
existing standards, rules, and regulations of the COMPANY and
impose necessary university sanctions to the said student-trainee;
5. The LarTech Be Connected, may grant allowance and/or adequate
insurance to student-trainee in accordance with the COMPANY’S
existing rules and regulations;
6. The LarTech Be Connected, upon consultation with the Training
Centre, may require qualified students to submit themselves to
examinations, interviews, and file pertinent documents to support
their application;
7. The LarTech Be Connected, is not obliged to employ student-trainee
upon completion of the training;
8. The student-trainee shall be personally responsible for any and all
liabilities arising from negligence in the performance of his/her duties
and functions while under training;
9. There is no employer-employee relationship between the COMPANY
and the student-trainee;
10. The duration of the program shall be equivalent to 150 Hours
working hours unless otherwise agreed upon by the COMPANY and
the Training Centre;
11. Any violation of the foregoing covenants will warrant the cancellation
of the Memorandum of Agreement by the COMPANY within thirty
(30) days upon notice to the Training Centre.
12. The Trainee’s allowance and the rate to be applied, which in no case
shall start below seventy-five(75) per cent of the applicable minimum
daily wage for days spent in the establishment and the trainee’s is
not allowed to participate in overtime
13. This Memorandum of Agreement shall become effective upon
signature of both parties and implementation will begin immediately
and shall continue to be valid hereafter until written notice is given
by either party thirty (30) days prior to the date of intended
termination.

The Trainees’ Record Book contains all the required
competencies in your chosen qualification. All you have to
do is to fill in the column “Task Required” and “Date
Accomplished” with all the activities in accordance with
the training program and to be taken up in the school and
with the guidance of the instructor. The instructor will
likewise indicate his/her remarks on the “Instructors
Remarks” column regarding the outcome of the task
accomplished by the trainees. Be sure that the trainee will

Our trainer is Good in Teaching, She explain all the lesson and activity very
well, she is willing to share her knowledge and skills to us, she guide as in
our daily task and she give her suggestions to improve our skills. All in all
she did her obligations as a trainer. In term of Training Center , for me it is
conducive for learning .

As a trainee , na attained ko naman po yung skills na kailangan kong
makuha sa tulong ng institution na pinsukan ko which is RMA Taytay
Continue to offer programs na kayang ioffer ng school niyo kasi

General Interpretation:
The trainers were equipped with knowledge and skills they needed to become
efficient and effective trainers for the qualification CSS NC II. The workshop
layout conforms to the components of a CBT workshop.
Recommendation:
Adequate training for skills development should be provided to the trainers.
