Written examination to determine the underpinning knowledge of trainees using the multiple choice,
identification and true or false type of examination.
Practical examination with oral questioning to evaluate knowledge, skills and attitude of trainees while
performing operation, task and job relevant to the specified qualification.
Direct observation to determine and qualify their skills while performing certain task relevant to the specific
qualification.
